Peconaqri is the reference implementation of the Open PMC Protocol — the most fully developed version of the Personal Mentoring Cell currently available, using the Game of Life, NPC/PC, and Cube of Life as its pedagogical vocabulary (Game of Life = a metaphor for intentional living; NPC/PC = the distinction between unconscious drift and conscious choice).
It is one way to implement the protocol. Not the only way. A Muslim community, a Buddhist cell, a government school — all can implement the Open PMC Protocol using their own authentic vocabulary, without using any Peconaqri resources. The protocol is at peconaq.org.
This site is for communities who find the Peconaqri vocabulary useful and want to use it, adapt it, or build on it. Everything here is free.
Tier 2 means you use Peconaqri's educational resources — freely, under Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0. You can use them as-is, adapt them for your community, and share your adaptations under the same open terms.
At Tier 2, you may state that your programme uses Peconaqri materials. You may not use the Peconaqri brand mark or logo — those are reserved for formally affiliated Tier 3 centres. See peconaqri.com for the Tier 3 affiliation programme.
The brand boundary is the worldview boundary. If you use the Peconaqri vocabulary, you are working within the Game of Life worldview. If your community's vocabulary is different, Tier 1 is the right path — and it is equally valid.
Tier 2 badge rule: You may say "Uses Peconaqri educational resources." You may not say "Peconaqri Centre," "Peconaqri-affiliated," "Certified Peconaqri," or use the Peconaqri logo on your own materials.

All faith vocabulary examples are illustrative starting points. Each community should develop its vocabulary through its own qualified tradition-bearers and educators.
The Peconaqri recommended four-agent AI architecture — configurable on Gemini, ChatGPT, or equivalent platforms. The Cell Setup Guide (in development) provides full configuration instructions.
Academic learning and curriculum content support. Session summaries → Learning Progress document (cell-owned). Accessible to Organisation Brain.
Quest navigation across all phases. Session summaries → Quest Journal (cell-owned). Accessible to Organisation Brain.
Personal reflection and life direction. Session summaries → Life Reflection record (learner-owned). Never accessed by Organisation Brain.
Cell-facing. Reads Learning Progress documents and Quest Journals. Generates pattern insights for the mentor. Processes on request only. Never reads PLN records.
Protocol minimum: one learner-facing function + one cell-facing Organisation Brain. A single well-configured AI assistant meets the minimum. The four-agent architecture is best practice, not a compliance requirement.
